Week 11 of 14 – Body Transformation For Physique Show

20 days to go till unrestricted normality is back in my life.
 
Week 11 of 14 is done. All workouts were completed, 5 weight sessions and 7 cardio sessions, which included a boxing class, 3 hour walk and many miles on the Wattbike. I always make time to enjoy my post workout shake and views.

All food was measured and consumed and even a couple of the nicest slices of banana cake were tucked away on Sunday. Why Banana Cake? Because I wanted banana cake and it was amazing. I have to keep sane somehow throughout this.
 
Due to fat loss really slowly down now that I am in single body fat figures, my body will do anything to hold on to what remains. Therefore I need keep low intensity exercise up without causing even more stress on my body and what better way to do this than a few sunset walks while listening to podcasts. When you have views like this, it really is not seen as extra cardio.

As always here are my relaxed and carb depleted, no filter, no pre workout pump week 11 progress photos. I cannot believe the difference from week 1.

The last bit of fat that does not want to go seems to be on my lower back other than that the rest of me is looking pretty lean. Time to carry on doing what I am doing and enjoy week 12 as much as I can.
